STEP 1:
Free Coaching Call

The first step to starting at Yankee Fitness Co. is a free,15-20 min discovery call. We want to know about you, your lifestyle, and what you are looking to achieve. You will be able to ask us questions and together we determine if we are a good fit to work together. If we are not, we will help you find the right path. You can schedule a Discovery Call by submitting your info at the bottom of the page!

STEP 2:
Schedule Intro

If the Discovery Call determines that we are good fit for each other, we will then set up an in person consult. Here we will dig a little deeper into your exercise experience, injury history, any current pain points (think achy knees, low back pain, neck discomfort, etc), and go into a little

more detail about exactly what your goals are. We will also take you through a full joint by joint movement screen. Based on this information, we will put together a customized plan to help you achieve your goal, and get you started on your journey!

STEP 3:
Foundations

Following your intro session, you will go through the first phase of our member journey, the Foundation Phase. This process is customized to you and will differ person to person. The goal is to start to build the foundation of a strong balanced body. This phase involves muscle force/capacity testing, learning how to properly execute exercises, and also includes a lot of education that we find to be essential to your success.

Step 4:

Execute

As you approach the completion of the Foundation phase, your coach will guide you to the Ascend membership option that is most appropriate for you. Some clients move into a blend of Personal Training and Group Sessions, some move to full Group Sessions, while others may move to a Remote or Hybrid Remote membership. Based on what makes the most sense for you, your lifestyle and your goals, together with your coach, you will determine what plan will work best for YOU!

Step 5:

Re-assess

Over time, through our well designed programs and coaching, the plan is to eventually get you to a place where your body is moving well, feeling great, and you've achieve any goals you set out to conquer. If and when you get to the place in your training, you can move on to the Freedom phase. This is a less customized, group program, that is great for general overall fitness for the long haul.
