Elle has been amazing to have in class. She started group classes intimidated by CrossFit, just like many of you might be. However, she quickly found that it wasn’t so scary. After having low motivation for years, she was finally able to become consistent in the gym by working 1 on 1 with our coaches.
Most importantly, she finally has been getting results for her hard work. We are lucky to have people like Elle as part of our community!
