For the last 12 years, the Yankee coaches have been helping athletes reach the top level of the Sport of Fitness. Qualifying athletes and teams to every major competition, including the CrossFit Games, CF Games Regionals, and major Sanctional events including Wodapalooza, Granite Games, and many others. If your main goal is to succeed in the Sport of Fitness, our coaches know all the tools to get you there.
• Full joint by joint mobility assessment and complete upper and lower body strength balance testing – this allows us to build a program to systematically fill in holes and weaknesses, to ensure you can compete at a high level and minimize and reduce the risk of injury
• fully individualized competitor focused programming, based on specifically targeting weaknesses and limitations to help you progress where you need to much faster
• One on one coaching based on needs. Our coaches know how to teach you all the skills. From Olympic Lifts (snatch and clean and jerk) to high level gymnastics skills including muscle-ups, butterfly pull-ups, handstand walks, and anything else the sport decides to throw at us.
